Disability Awareness Service

This was an AWESOME experience!! We were treated like royalty with accommodations at Embassy Suites on Saturday night. The Disability Ministry team (5 people) joined us for dinner and fellowship, what a blessing! My brother Daryl and cousin Jackie and her husband joined us later that evening. The warm hospitality started at the door with the greeters and continued throughout the service. The praise and worship on Sunday was heavenly. People with all types of disabilities were involved and the service, the worship leader and praise dancers were outstanding. The organist, My God was a blessing. First Baptist Church of Hampton is truly a church that is building the Kingdom of God including all people. I thank God for my family that attended the service — Daryl, Aletha, Carady, Jackie, Henry and my husband Preston — my personal Adjutant for the day! I thank God that I had the opportunity to share a word from the Lord. We Are One Body!
